Our policies state you need to request a cancelation and refund before 72 hours of the service you reserved. Our ingredients are fresh and purchased per reservation, if you need to reschedule we ask you request this at least 48hrs prior, all rescheduling is upon availability. READ OUR POLICIES HERE
