About Our Chef
Frida Asador Campestre is led by Chef Christian Herrera, born in San Quintín with 28 years old. He started his career working in different vineyards of Guadalupe Valley with renowned Chefs like Esteban Lluis, Ryan Steryn, Mario Peralta and Krista Velazco.

The chef, along with his team, breaks the gourmet cooking schemes offering an urban and diverse menu, while always looking out for the quality of the products, the taste of the dishes and letting the creativity flow in the plating of every dish.
